Roblox club sessions, planned together

DigiTribe runs popular weekly Roblox Clubs.  They needed a way to organise the games that they have private servers for, and allow the members to view them all and vote for favourites, suggest games they want to play – and importantly ,to let staff know which games they really hate, without having to speak up in front of other young people during the session.

Leaders need to understand what members enjoy, review new suggestions, organise club groups and prepare each session.

We created a solution in a planning app built for Roblox clubs. Club leaders can maintain a club game library, members can share their preferences and suggestions, and staff can use that input to plan sessions.

The app makes club planning easier for leaders and give members a way to contribute to the games their group plays.

How it works

1. Your club manages access
DigiTribe is invitation-only. A club administrator invites members and staff by email. Invited users sign in with a one-time email link; there is no open registration.

2. Members share their input
Members can save preferences and suggest games for their club. Their choices are handled according to their role, rather than shown to every other member.

3. Leaders review and plan
Staff and administrators review suggestions, manage club membership and prepare session plans using the club’s game library and member input.

Keep the games your club has chosen in one place. Game details can include descriptions, available Roblox content-maturity information and private-server details where provided.

Suggestions and preferences
Give members a structured way to suggest games and record what they enjoy, so their input can inform club planning. Parents can view all the games we play to give them reassurance and peace of mind.

Session planning
Organise club sessions and prepare plans around the games available to your group. Seamless handover between Session Leads, with the most up to date approved games list always available.

Member and club management
Administrators manage invitations, roles and club assignments. Staff can support planning with access suited to their role.

Family profiles
A member account can manage first-name-only child profiles, so a guardian can organise preferences for multiple children under one sign-in.
