Roblox Club Co-Design & Planner
An app for staff & members. Members can browse Roblox Game Library of your approved servers, synced to your staff Roblox account. Members can suggest games, and flag which games they really hate. Staff can see all game choices and preferences to enable session planning and seamless staff handovers.
Gamified Survey Tool for Impact Measurement and Wellbeing Questionnaires.
For youth workers, session leaders, counsellors and community organisations.
Create your own surveys for impact measurement, wellbeing check-ins or feedback, then share them with an individual young person or a whole cohort.
Young people enter Little Hearth Village, a calm, gamified survey world where they answer questions by interacting with NPCs. Low-stress minigames are built in along the way, giving them a chance to pause, reset and keep going without the whole thing feeling like a form.
When the survey is complete, you can download the responses as a CSV file for your own reporting and evaluation.
Data is anonymous and securely transferred to the cloud, keeping personal information protected while still giving you the insight you need.
Training, Scheduling, Safeguarding & Accessibility Database for Staff
An app to hold member records, ensuring all staff have the information they need to run sessions safely supporting the young people, with a role-based and session-based permissions system granting data access.
Staff can record Session Logs, Praise or other incidents, and be notified of upcoming member birthdays to ensure seamless staffing handovers and session planning.
Also holding a resource library of policies and handbooks, and on-demand training/CPD.
And a staff scheduler where you can assign staff to sessions, and email out to selected staff for shift cover needed.
